I'm a Registered Massage Therapist graduating from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2016. I graduated with honours and received special recognition certificates for additional hours in outreaches in Sports Therapy as well as for completing placement hours in a hospital setting at Mount Sinai and Toronto Rehab in the musculoskeletal department.
I believe strongly in the mind/body connection and it having a direct affect on your well-being. I want to educate people not only on the benefits that massage therapy can have but also on the importance of preventative care and investing in their health.
